fix(ggwhglHtgl): 移除未注册的 Footer 组件

components 中引用了 Footer 但未 import，运行时报
ReferenceError: Footer is not defined 导致路由加载失败。
Footer 由 main.vue 全局渲染，子页面无需重复注册。
